Hey Mamas! I hope all is well! Let’s get to the good stuff. Check out the things Little Mama and I loved most last month and were moved to our favorites list.
Little Mama Favorites
Happy Baby Rice Cakes – Camille loves the apple flavored ones. I usually get them from the baby food aisle at Target. I like the taste too and I like giving her something different.
Elmo Calls App – She has been loving this app for months! Elmo is her absolute fave character and when he “calls” her she gets so excited!
Also available in the Google Play Store and iTune App Store.
Tommee Tippee Sippy Cups – She loves them because they contain her beverages. I love them because they are insulated, easy to clean, have minimal parts, don’t leak and have a good price point. I’ve been buying them since Camile was about 11 months and have no complaints. She’s used the Sportee top, Sipper top and Flippee Straw top all with no complaints/refusal. All the tops fit all the cups and are easy to clean. I’m excited to see the new 360 lid and the new stainless steel cups. I’ll be grabbing those this weekend! Side note: I replace Camille’s cups every 3 months.
Aquaphor Baby Healing Ointment– She loves it because her skin feels better. I love it because it really heals diaper rash quickly. Since Camille’s first birthday when she cuts a new tooth she gets a pretty bad diaper rash. I started using the Aquaphor about a month ago and it really makes great progress overnight! It’s also good for eczema and chapped lips.
Skip Hop Zoo Collection Lunch Bag & Backpack – Our diaper bag days are over and Skip Hop has filled it’shoes. First of all, it’s so cute! We have the Otis Owl set. Secondly, I can fill a good amount in both bags. For daily trips to Grandma’s, I use the backpack for her food, cups, and diapers. On the weekends I use the backpack for a spare outfit and activity stuff (coloring book, crayons etc.) and the lunch bag for snacks.
Contigo SnapSeal Byron Mug – I’ve been a Contigo fan for years! I’ve been using this mug for a little over two years. It’s amazing! It stays hot for 7 hours and cold for 12. When I’m up late preparing for the next day I can make my tea and it’s still hot in the morning. When I make my tea in the morning I usually don’t drink it ’til noon because it’s that hot! When I was pregnant and hooked on ice water I would fill with ice and water at night before bed and still have ice cubes in the morning. On top of all of that, it doesn’t leak!!! Yes!!! One more use, when we’re planning to be out all day I fill it with Camille’s almond milk and it stays cold all day. I just refill her sippy cup as needed.
